maraming options sa market. but we use pampers newborn. no issues sa 1st born and 2nd born ko.

Bitter Gourd/Ampalaya

19weeks preggy. Ano po mangyayari pag nakakain ng ampalaya ang preggy? Di ko po alam na bawal daw po. 😭

di naman bawal ang ampalaya. yan nga kinakain ko ng 1st, 2nd tri ko kasi yan isa sa mga pinaglihian ko tapos kahapin lang nagampalaya ako, manganganak na nga ako waiting na lang humilab, healthy naman kami ni baby.

Aww congrats sa pregnancy mo! Rashes sa groin area during pregnancy are actually pretty common kasi sobrang init at humidity dito sa Pinas, plus the hormonal changes, a few of us moms had the same issue, super frustrating talaga. Best move is to check with your OB agad para sure kung anong type ng rash siya (sometimes it's fungal, sometimes just heat rash) kaya they can prescribe something safe for you at baby. In the meantime, keep the area dry, wear breathable cotton underwear, and avoid tight pants na makakainis pa, pero definitely let your doctor confirm first para peace of mind mo!
