SLEEP TIME OF A TODDLER

Hi mommies, please enlighten me. My 18months old baby girl usually sleep late at night, around 10:30pm or worst 12mn na. Kahit i-force ko sya to sleep early kaya lang ang hirap kasi ayaw nya pa ? Ano po ba talaga ang best time to sleep for her age? And nakakasama po ba na late sya lagi natutulog? Thank you so much ??
