14 weeks ko na pero nasusuka parin ako araw araw. Huhu

Aw, mama, that's really tough, 14 weeks pa lang and the nausea is still hanging on hard. Honestly, some moms experience it longer than others, and while it usually gets better by second trimester, hindi lahat ganyan ang timeline kaya you're not alone sa feeling na ito. I'd really suggest mentioning it to your OB next visit kasi may options sila like ginger, vitamin B6, or even safe anti-nausea meds if it's affecting your eating, walang shame sa pag-ask, iba-iba talaga ang katawan natin. Hang in there, mom, alam ko sobrang draining ng araw-araw na kati-kati.

Good Day po! Ask ko po sana dun sa mga may experience kung ilang months kayo nung nakapag store ng breast milk sa refrigerator para kay baby. #FTM #breasfeedingmom

Aw, congrats on your breastfeeding journey, mama! I'd really recommend checking with your OB or pediatrician on storage guidelines para sure kayo, kasi it depends sa temperature ng fridge mo and baby's needs, a few of us moms have different setups at ang advice namin all vary talaga. From what I've heard from my mum friends though, most of us store for a few weeks to a couple months depending kung gaano ka-fresh ang collection at kung properly sealed talaga sa bottles, but better safe than sorry with baby's food kaya go consult with your doc first!
