last due date realy matters?

good day po, i Have question po . last menstruation i think it was july 4 but my period is not monthly and i did the PT last 2nd week of august the result is negative and now (sept) i tried to PT again and it was positive. how would i know how many weeks is my bby? thank you.

if irregular, thru TVS.
