Rashes on baby face

Hi mommies, bb is two months old and have been having these rashes on his face. It gets more red when baby is stretching or crying. Any mommies having the same issue? And what can help?

My baby had something similar around that age. PD said it was likely baby acne/infant rash and it looked redder whenever baby cried or strained. We just kept the skin clean, avoided heavy products, and it gradually improved on its own. If it starts spreading or looks infected, I’d check with the PD again. 😊
