Rashes on baby face

Hi mommies, bb is two months old and have been having these rashes on his face. It gets more red when baby is stretching or crying. Any mommies having the same issue? And what can help?

My baby had something similar around that age. PD said it was likely baby acne/infant rash and it looked redder whenever baby cried or strained. We just kept the skin clean, avoided heavy products, and it gradually improved on its own. If it starts spreading or looks infected, I’d check with the PD again. 😊

Oh I really feel you on this, it can be so worrying when we notice something unusual on our little ones. Please do bring her to see a doctor soon, as yellow discharge like that really needs a proper check-up to be sure she is okay. You are doing the right thing by asking around, but a doctor's assessment is the safest next step for your precious girl.
