Red dots/ patch on newborn

My 2 months old boy was born with red patch on his forehead, upper lip and at the back of his head. The 2 are now fading away but the one at the back of his head is stretching out and becoming more darker. Baby is behaving normal as if nothing is happening. Should I be worried?
