Is anyone here advice by her OB to use maternity belt?

Ako po mumzs, I'm using it now, my OB recommend for me, bumibigat na kasi baby ko tpos to help get rid of back pain. Okey naman po Cya so far..sa Lazada ko po Cya binili, 203pesos lng po.
