37 weeks ask lang bakit masakit saka natunog buto ko sa pempem 😔

meron po ba dito same case ? esp pag nagcchange position sa gabi sobrang sakit ng dalawang buto sa pelvis area 😔

Ay sis, yan talaga ang pains na normal sa 37 weeks pero super uncomfortable pa rin! A few of us here had the same thing, the clicking/popping feeling sa pelvis area, especially pag nagsshift ng position, and it's usually because your ligaments are loosening up para sa labor, plus the baby's weight na tumutulong. That said, since this is pregnancy discomfort na nag-iiba, mas safe pang i-check with your OB para sure walang separation or other stuff na kailangan i-monitor, especially if the pain is really intense or affecting your sleep. In the meantime, maraming mumsh dito sumusuportang pelvic support belt talaga ang nakatulong, or matataas na pillows para sa side-lying, pero doc muna advice mo bago mag-self-treat. You're almost there na!
