Sis, by 15 months usually around 16-24 oz ng milk per day na lang, pero honestly it depends kasi some kids ay mas gusto nila solid foods na at less milk na, ang amin before ay around 18-20 oz lang spread throughout the day. A few of us moms noticed na as long as they're eating well with meals and getting calcium from other sources like cheese, yogurt, at veggies, they're fine kahit slightly less than that. Best talaga to check with your pedia kung ano best sa kanyang needs, pero wag mo stress kung hindi exactly 16 oz, basta consistent and masaya ang baby mo sa kain, okay na yan!

Hello momsh, kung wala pa po ngipin si baby, pwede sa kanya yung patatas, sayote, kalabasa, kamote, saging, avocado, apple, grapes, orange etc... basta po palambutin nyo yung mga gulay or imash para hindi sya mabulunan
