Ask ko lng mo mga momsh kong pwede po ang preggy sa kalabo herbal? 5mos na po akong preggy subrang tigas kasi ng ubo ko bawal namn uminom ng mga gamot😥. #1stimemom

Uy mama, congrats sa 5 months! Para sa ganitong concerns about herbal remedies during pregnancy, kailangan mo talaga mag-check with your OB muna, kahit natural sounding, hindi lahat safe sa baby, kaya better safe than sorry talaga. I know ang ubo is suuuper annoying, pero yung doctor mo ang best magsuggest ng okay na remedies para sa inyo both. A few of my mum friends said their OBs recommended specific cough relief options na pregnancy-safe, so maraming paraan talaga, you just need the expert's go-signal. Praying your cough gets better soon, sis!
