Ada sesiapa pengalaman gunakan breast pump medela wearable? Saya ibu berkerja, sebaiknya guna madela freestyle flex atau wearable punya? Saya tak nak ganggu masa berkerja kalau guna jenis corong. Atau jenama lain yg baik lagi berbaloi.

Honestly, a few of us tried the Medela wearable at the office and habis kantoi because it's still quite noisy, but the hands-free thing is memang convenient kalau ada private space, the Freestyle Flex is more discreet though sebab you can hide the corong under baju. Personally I prefer the wearable kalau ada dedicated pumping room, tapi if you're on the floor or shared spaces, maybe consider Spectra S1 or S2 (quieter and cheaper), atau kalau budget ok Elvie Stride is super lowkey but pricey. Best is try borrow from a mum friend dulu before investing, setiap orang's needs berbeza depending on your office setup, la!
