baby newborn

macam mana taknak bagi nb overtired? kesian dia mengantuk tapi takmau tidoq. dah lebih jam dia berjaga 🥺

Aww, I totally understand your worry, it's so heartbreaking when they're clearly tired tapi nampak macam mereka tak boleh switch off, kan? Dari what I've gathered, overtired babies biasanya akan lawan tidur, cry intensely, and become extra clingy, so it sounds like your little one might be reaching that point. The trick yang a lot of mums swear by is catching the tired signs earlier, with newborns, usually after 1.5 to 2 hours of being awake je sudah dah perlu rest time. Bila dah overtired, try creating a very calm environment with gentle "shhh" sounds, soft whispers, and lots of holding close to help them wind down, sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes of that kind of soothing before they can actually let go and sleep. Every baby is different though, so it's worth keeping a little note of when your baby seems most settled and what time window works best for feeding and sleeping. If the pattern persists or if you're concerned about anything else, it's probably a good idea to check in with your paediatrician or nurse just to make sure everything's on track. Take care, mummy, you're doing great!

nadi baby dekat perut

mommies. betul ka kalau nak tahu baby okay tak dalam perut. kita baring and tekan ibu jari dekat pusat. kalau ada rasa denyut tu means baby is fine?
