Gender baby

Ahhh the waiting game is real! Honestly at 18 weeks it's still quite early and genitals boleh jadi nampak ambiguous, especially if baby position tak cooperate, a few of us tried scanning again at 20-22 weeks bila baby dah sikit besar and things became clearer lah. Since you've got two boys and tau macam mana boy anatomy nampak, if doc cakap girl then mungkin likely lah, tapi doctor tu biasa akan say "probable girl" je if tak 100% sure because positioning really matters at this stage. I'd suggest go for follow-up scan nanti and see if doc can be more definitive, sometimes they just need a better angle!
