Tummy time is it neccessary?

Do tummy time is very neccessary for a baby?Coz i try to do tummy time with my baby, he seems so struggle and I cant watch he is struggling.Especially when his faces is facing down. My husband seem to see that i am torturing his son.

Joints pain

I start to have joints pain at my knees and finger.Its more difficult when i start to stand up and woke up after sleep.Pls advise how can i recover from this pain.
