10w now,ada tak mummy2 kat sini sama mcm saya yg tidak mengalami morning sickness

i pengalaman 7x preggy. semuanya takde alahan langsung. blh makan apa saja. nak gerak ke mana saja. aktif mcm biasa. so, kalau ada rasa nak makan something tu.. laju je asben p cari. maka berat pun naik laju juga. hehe.. tak rasa mcm preggy. cuma perut je makin besar.

Hai sayang! Darah tinggi during pregnancy ni memang kena monitor closely, please go see your OB/GYN or clinic ASAP if you haven't been checked, okay? This is important untuk safety of both you and baby. A few of us mums in the group actually kena manage this during our pregnancies, and honestly the doc's guidance is really crucial. One of my mum friends had to go for more frequent check-ups and sometimes kena adjust lifestyle or monitor at home. The good news is dengan proper monitoring and support, most of us managed it fine through the pregnancy.
