6 weeks pregnant

Hi mommies, I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant. Went for my appt today and doc said that fetal pole can be seen but there isn’t any heartbeat. Fetal pole around measuring around 4mm (small) thus they couldn’t find any heartbeat yet. They have given me another appt in 2 weeks time. If the fetal pole doesn’t grow and if there isn’t any heartbeat by then, it’ll be considered as a miscarriage. Anyone facing the same thing?
