Fetus' kidney a bit swelling

Im 37 weeks + 1 day pregnant.. had 3 US.. the 2nd n 3rd US, doctor said the fetus has mild swelling on the kidney.. although she said eventually it will disappear after born but im still worried.. anybody had the same case as me? Is the baby's going to be ok? Plus at 37 weeks my baby is only 1.9kg, so a bit smaller n makes me even worry..

update- i have given birth to my beautiful baby boy.. 2.250kg at 1.57 pm..it was painful but the most beautiful experience i ever felt.. had constant contractions, 7 cm opening but end up with caesarean... its ok.. n im willing to do it over again.. love my baby boy so much♥️♥️♥️
