Mama, I'd honestly check with your gynae about this one lah, especially masa awal pregnancy when baby's organs are developing, better safe than sorry kan. A few of my pregnant friends actually stopped using their diffusers in the first trimester simply because they weren't sure which oils are truly safe, and honestly the stress of worrying is worse than just taking a break from it for a bit. Since you're not feeling well dengan demam and batuk, focus on getting rest and drinking lots of fluids dulu, paracetamol is safe for pregnancy if needed, but definitely confirm with your doc about the essential oils mix you're using. The oils themselves might be fine, but lagi-lagi when pregnant, it's really a case-by-case thing depending on the concentration and which oils. Lepas you see the doctor, dia can give you a clearer answer on what's safe for your specific situation okay.
