I’m 29th weeks

I’m 29weeks. Today i fasting ramadan. for the first my baby make me worry . He actively moving around and my stomach hard ,cramp, make me pain at lower abdomen and back while walking. i decided to buka puasa early to check his conditions. Alhamdulillah he’s good but still make my stomach hard. Anyone have this symptoms before?
