utk susu sustangen

saya nak tahu, brapa scoop nak bagi susu sustangen? utk umur 1 katas #bantujawab #firstmom

Ala, biasanya ikut packaging je, normally Sustagen untuk toddler 1 tahun ke atas tu 3-4 sudu (scoop) mixed dengan 180ml air, tapi check the back of your tin sebab different variants may vary slightly! One of my mum friends always says "follow the packaging exactly first, then adjust based on how your baby takes it", some babies prefer slightly thicker or thinner, so once you get a feel boleh lah customize sedikit.
