Hey mama, at 38+ weeks those hardening sensations are likely Braxton Hicks, which are totally normal! A few of us started noticing them more as we got closer to delivery, some had them for weeks before actual labour, so don't worry lah. Since you're not in pain yet, just sengugut, you don't need to track religiously, but do start noting down if the hardening becomes regular (like every 5-10 minutes) or if it starts to hurt, because that's when contractions become the real deal and worth timing. Best to mention this to your doctor at your next check or call the hospital if you're unsure, especially since you're so close to 39 weeks now!

Saya dah lewat period 7 hari. Biasa memang on time. Paling² awal atau lewat sehari. Hari ke 3 haritu, saya check waktu pagi negatif. Hari ni check naik double line tapi samar². Ni result lepas tunggu 5 minit. Kalau macam ni kira positif ke? Ni 1st time sepanjang 2 tahun kahwin naik double line. Takut nak berharap sangat, takut kecewa 😅
