a small deposit of blood (very little) at the bottom of chilled ebm bottle. is it safe to consume?

it's ok! it depends on how comfortable you are with it, i've seen mums feed their babies with bottles with blood that has tainted the milk pink. if you're not comfortable, then dont do it.

I have this hard lump on one of my breast and it is sore when I touched it or during breastfeeding. is this considered blocked duct? any remedy to relief this?

u can use hot towel to compress it n squeeze out.
