New here. Never nadin ako nag crave ng kahit anong food. 15 days postpartum lagi nalang nasakit ulo ko then katawan ko. Thanks in advance kaagad makakapag bigay saken ng advise. Thank you, and have a nice day ✨

Anak, please go see your doctor soon, like this week, okay? What you're describing (no appetite, headaches, body pain, and feeling overwhelmed) needs to be checked by your OB or regular doctor first, hindi lang psychiatrist, because postpartum stuff can be physical too (blood pressure, nutrition, hormones). A few of us moms have gone through similar and nahanap namin na sometimes it's not just mental, kaya kailangan talaga ng medical check. You're taking care of two babies, so you need to take care of yourself din, mama. Please don't wait, book that appointment today. You deserve to feel better.
