Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), or pelvic girdle pain (PGP),

Hello po. 29weeks & 1 day preggy here. Would like to ask lang if you're experiencing pain in the pubic area? Which leads to difficulty in walking or moving around. Even standing, climbing stairs, getting dressed, getting in and out of car, and turning over sa bed are making me uncomfortable kasi ang sakit sa groin part huhuhu for those who are experiencing the same, ano po ginawa nyo to alleviate the pain? Per OB ko po, normal lang daw naman pero she thinks it's too early for me to experience this coz i started having this pubic pain mga 24 weeks pa yata yun..

Uy, I feel you mama, a few of us in my mum group dealt with this din, and it's honestly so uncomfortable na parang gumagalaw lang ang pelvic bones mo hehe. My friend swears by a pelvic support belt (yung matibay na stretchy one from Lazada), and honestly it helped her a lot with walking and getting in/out ng car, plus she did some gentle prenatal stretches na pinapakita ng physical therapist. Since your OB said it's normal but noted it's early, I'd really suggest asking her for a referral to a physio or getting a second opinion kasi if it's affecting your daily life na ganitong aga, might be good to have someone specialize in it, hindi ka naman dapat mapagod na ganito for the next 11 weeks pa lang!
