Ay alam ko yan! Sa experience ko at ng mga kaibigan ko, common culprits usually ang dairy, eggs, peanuts, at seafood, pero honestly, bawat baby talaga ay iba, kaya mahirap mag-generalize. Uy, totally get your worry, pero honestly ang best approach ay hindi strict "diet" kundi balanced eating lang, kailangan mo ng protein, healthy carbs, at maraming vegetables para sa baby at para sa iyo rin! A few of my mum friends na nag-avoid ng CS nag-focus lang sa whole grains, lean meat, fish, eggs, at lots of fruits and veggies without cutting calories drastically, kasi kailangan mo talaga ng energy for pregnancy and delivery. Pero mama, since pregnancy nutrition is really specific to your situation and health, best talaga mag-consult ka with your OB or a nutritionist para may personalized plan ka na safe for you and baby, hindi ka pagsisisihan!
