Sorbifer, is an iron supplement po so you should take it 30mins bago ang breakfast. mas good ang absorption ng iron sa acidic environment- kaya madalas sinasabi rin na inumin ang iron with juice or with vit C or on an empty stomach.

Ah, ang pagbubuntis talaga ay roller coaster but it's so special when you find ways to enjoy it! What worked for me and a few of my mum friends was really leaning into the small joys, like treating ourselves to prenatal massages, taking walks in the park, and honestly just talking to other pregnant mums who get it, kasi ang partner mo basta hindi alam kung ano ba talaga ang feeling. I also made sure to do things na nagpapasaya sa akin, whether matching with my baby's nursery theme (naging stress relief ito, promise!), or just indulging in the cravings without guilt, life's too short to deny yourself na craving ice cream at 2am, diba? One of my mum friends swears na bumuti ang mood niya when she started journaling to baby and playing music, it felt connecting at romantic pa. The key talaga is not to stress too much about being "perfect", your baby feels your happiness, so do things na tunay na nakakaligaya sa iyo.

Sino po dito ang 17 weeks pregnant na tulad ko na di ko talaga mapigilang umiyak ng walang dahilan.

Ay alam ko yan, mama! Ang hormones talaga during pregnancy ay super intense, 17 weeks ka pa lang, so totally normal na parang faucet lang ang mata mo minsan, kahit walang specific reason. A few of us mums went through the same thing, lalo na sa second trimester, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa dito. Pero if it's really affecting you mentally or feeling mo na sobra na, it's best to mention it sa OB mo next check-up para ma-assess properly, baka may postpartum depression concerns na, or kailangan lang ng extra support. You're doing great, and remember na iyong feelings are valid, okay?
