Are we able to request for HL to offset appointment days?

Hi, currently i have utilised all my MCs and ALs. do u think i can request for HL to use for the Appointments. tried the first time but the gynae was hesitant. anyone knows?

If gynae was hesitant, I don’t think he/she will issue HL for appointments… unless there’s complications. You can see the eligibility under MOM website: https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/leave/sick-leave/eligibility-and-entitlement You can discuss with your boss and take no pay leave.
