Hello po. Ask ko lang if my nka experience neto? Ng zero level na ang amniotic fluid at 19weeks. Nkasurvive po ba kayo ni baby? Ano po nga gnwa nyu? Malaking help po yun mga stories nyu. Thank you Please respect the post.

Me po. Sa 1st pregnancy ko. Sad to say at 7 months nilabas ko si baby via normal delivery but tumagal lang siya ng 5 hours :(

Longan fruit during pregnancy

Hi mama! I haven't heard of longan causing spotting myself, and a few of us mums have eaten it throughout pregnancy without issues, pero any spotting during pregnancy is something you really should mention to your OB as soon as you can, kahit konti lang, para sure lang. Spotting can be from so many things (stress, cervical irritation, etc.) and not necessarily from the fruit, so don't panic but do get it checked out para peace of mind mo. Ingat always!

Ay, sa totoo lang, hindi ko na-experience yan with longan specifically, pero a few of us moms talk about this, longan is generally okay during pregnancy, pero if you're spotting, that's something you really need to check with your OB agad, hindi lang basta assume it's from the fruit. Better safe than sorry talaga when it comes to spotting, kasi maraming factors ang pwedeng mag-cause nun, so your doctor needs to know what's happening para ma-rule out kung may ibang concerns.
