First time mom here.

Ay, first time mom ka pala! Honestly, ligtas na mag-check with your OB about this kasi may maraming reasons bakit may sakit sa side ng womb, could be round ligament pain, baby's position, or something else na kailangan i-monitor lalo na at malapit ka na sa due date. A few of us had similar concerns at nag-alala kami, pero ang doctor agad nag-explain kung ano talaga ang nangyayari, kaya mas natulog kami ng mahimbing after hehe. Just message or call your doctor's clinic para ma-ease your mind, lalo na first pregnancy mo, better safe than sorry talaga, and they've heard this before so walang awkward! Fingers crossed it's nothing serious at mama lang talaga ang pagod ng katawan mo.

Ask ko lang po normal lang po ba medyo may pananakit sa bandang puson po habang naglalakad or gumagalaw si baby? First time mom po kase ako. Thank you sa pagsagot

Hey mama, normal lang yan! Sa second trimester usually nararamdaman na natin ang baby movements, kaya may slight cramping or pulling sensation sa belly minsan, lalo na pag active yung baby mo or kapag maraming galaw ka rin. A few of my mum friends said they felt the same around 6 months, parang pagod lang or uneasy feeling sa puson. But since first time mo, best to mention it sa OB mo sa next visit para peace of mind mo, just to make sure everything's okay, walang problema dyan na follow-up lang. Congratulations sa pregnancy, you're doing great!

Punta ka sa philhealth. Dapat kasi atleast 6 months bayad mo sya bago magamit.
