After a month of delivery

Ay mama, normal lang yan after normal delivery! Marami sa amin ang nakaramdam ng ganitong sakit, lalo na kung may hemorrhoids o anal fissures from the pushing during labor, ang pregnancy at delivery talaga ay napakahirap sa area na yan. A few of us tried stool softeners, drinking tons of water, at pag-iwas sa pagka-constipated kasi mas nakakasakit talaga pag mahirap magbangal, so definitely start there, eat lots of fiber-rich foods, fruits, leafy greens, and drink na talagang maraming tubig throughout the day. But mama, if it's still really painful after a month or parang worsening pa, best to check with your OB or doctor kasi they can see kung may fissures or hemorrhoids na need proper treatment, especially if nag-bleed or sobrang init the area. Hang in there, it does get better soon, promise!
