A few of us went through PGH's lactation services or asked our OB for referrals kasi sila usually may trusted names sila work with, your hospital might have in-house consultants din na pwedeng i-tap right after delivery. You can also try calling major maternity centers like Asian Hospital or Makati Medical to ask kung sino ang recommended LCs nila, or check Facebook parenting groups kasi madami doon nagsha-share ng actual experiences with specific consultants.

Hindi ako personally na-try ang Baby Plus, but I've heard a few mums mention it before, honestly it sounds interesting pero I'm not sure kung gaano kalaki ang effect niya talaga sa baby development. Have you tried it na, or are you thinking about it? I'd love to hear kung ano ang experience ng iba dito sa group, because I think most of us are still figuring out which prenatal tools are really worth it.
