For salabat and any herbal drinks during pregnancy, better check with your OB muna para sure, kasi different ingredients ang iba't ibang brands at gusto natin na extra safe lang para sa baby mo. Pero honestly, fresh ginger tea or warm lemon water with honey is usually the go-to ng maraming pregnant moms dito para sa throat irritation, simple pero effective talaga! Para sa salabat sachets specifically, mas better kung tanungin mo muna ang OB mo because pregnancy kailangan extra careful with supplements and herbs, especially if hindi mo sure exact ingredients or concentration, you know? Pero generally ginger is okay for sore throat, maraming pregnant friends ko nag-try ng salabat din, ang importante lang is moderate amounts lang at walang ibang questionable stuff. Parang safe naman usually ang Mercury Drug branded ones pero doc approval is best pa rin para sa peace of mind mo. You got this, mama!
