Mama, I understand bakit ka nag-aalala, lalong-lalo na with all the things you're managing din, pero ang good news is your baby's kidney normalized before when you had the UTI, so there's hope na mangyari ulit yan ngayong pregnancy. A few of us mums have had similar kidney dilations picked up sa ultrasound, and honestly marami sa babies namin it resolved on its own or after delivery, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa sa worry na ito. Since you're already 33 weeks, definitely keep the follow-up appointments with your OB seriously, they might want to monitor more closely, maybe with another scan in a few weeks to see kung tumataas pa or nag-normalize na, especially important din na bantayan ang UTI risk mo since that seemed connected last time. Abangan din kung may specific instructions ang doctor about delivery or anything post-birth, pero for now breathe, your doctors are on top of this, at the fact na nag-normalize before is really reassuring, anak.
