Hay nako, alam ko yan! A few of us had that same issue around mid-pregnancy kaya hindi ka lang, super common siya especially around this time, pero definitely check with your OB kasi sometimes it can be a sign ng something like cholestasis na kailangan i-monitor, lalo na kung widespread ang kati mo like that. In the meantime, try lukewarm showers (init parang lubi ka na sa mainit!), loose cotton clothes lang, at avoid perfumed soaps kung pwede, one of my mom friends swears na nakatulong sa kanya yung switch to milder products.
