Perut gas 3bulan macam sudah 6bulan hamil

Haha bestie, gas during pregnancy memang boleh buat perut look super bloated kan! A few of my mum friends shared the same complaint, one of them swore by doing gentle stretches and walking after meals, and another tried lying on her left side untuk help dengan digestion. Try the positions you found online lah, plus make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating slowly; sometimes that alone makes a huge difference. Tapi if the bloating really uncomfortable or ada pain, best check with your doctor okay, just to be safe!
