I'm just super tired.. i dont know how far i can handle

I'm 8weeks pregnant with my 4th child.. my 3rd is 2yrs old n still breastfeeding. I am so stressed i didnt know how to wean her off. My symptoms this time round is worse than i had with my other 3. Nausea day n night. Feels breathless at home. I couldnt eat much, if i do i will vomit. Im easily tired. I couldnt sleep at night well until i found a correct position else i'd have nausea. I really cant wait for my first trime to end and see whats change on my 2nd trime. I'm so tired mentally especially 😭

You are not alone mummy. I'm in the same boat as you. I had a breakdown while vomiting few days ago. Is so tough and tiring. Let's do it together. I'm counting down to my second trimester too. Wk10 for me. I know is hard. Try to distract yourself as much as you can. If u have time for nap do it. All the best!
