Oo, possible talaga kahit 28 days pa lang postpartum, lalo na kung hindi ka nagbreastfeed kaya walang natural protection! A few of us mums learned this the hard way, some got pregnant agad after a few weeks because we thought we were safe, pero ang totoo, you can ovulate bago pa bumalik ang period mo. Definitely check with your OB ASAP para malaman kung pregnant ka na or para mag-start ng proper contraception next time, kasi super challenging talaga ang back-to-back pregnancies sa katawan, especially after just giving birth.

Uy, ang tapos na ng pregnancy journey mo, congrats mama! Honestly, sa point na yan just focus sa rest, hydration, at light walking lang, a few of us found na tumutulong talaga yung paglalakad para magready ang body, pero wag masyado intense ha. Eat foods na light but filling, stay cool, at listen to your body, madali na lang maging uncomfortable at anxious at this stage, so be kind sa sarili mo. Pag may unusual pain or bleeding, go to your OB agad ah, pero otherwise, breathe lang at trust na ready na kayo both

Mga mommy 39weeks na po ako ngayon may nalabas po sa akin na kulay yellow. Normal po ba?

yes po.. if blood may blood na po it is called bloody show/mucus plug, it means nago open na po cervix ninyo.. usually it happens kapag inaIE which is nagbe bleed after macheck..
