Hello. My 4-month old has a stuffy nose. It started when he was 2 months old and never stopped. Accdg to his pedia, it’s just allergic rhinitis. We changed his soap but it’s still the same. Doc gave him Cetirizine for a week but still the same. And it only happens every night. Pls. help!

Hay, I feel you, one of my mum friends had the same issue with her baby and it was honestly so stressful hearing that congestion every night! Since the pedia already checked him and ruled out anything serious, it might be worth asking your doc if there's something in his nighttime routine triggering it (like dust from bedding, the room temp, or even milk buildup), sometimes it's environmental rather than the soap itself. A few of us tried using a humidifier at night or tilting the crib slightly, and it did help our babies breathe easier, but I'd really suggest double-checking with your pedia about next steps since the Cetirizine didn't work and it's been going on for two months na.
