Hey! So yung normal poop ng formula-fed babies is usually yellow or brown, and ang consistency should be like peanut butter, soft and pasty talaga. That's the sweet spot, kaya if nakikita mo yan, you're good! A few of us tried different formulas, and honestly the poop changes slightly depending sa brand, but as long as it's not rock-hard (which could mean constipation) or super watery, you should be fine. Once you start solids around 6 months, the colors can vary more, orange, yellow, green, brown are all normal, so don't panic. Just keep an eye on the consistency and frequency, if it seems off or if baby seems uncomfortable, worth checking in with your pediatrician to be sure!

Hindi ko alam kung normal ba to pero bat sobrang sakit na ng balakang ko halos hndi na ako makalakad. Normal naman yung urine test ko. Iyak nalang ako ng iyak dahil kahit sa paghiga sumasakit sya sobra. #pleasehelp #advicepls

ang braxton hicks never naging masakit at usually 1min lang yun. kung sobrang sakit di yan braxyon hicks. inform your ob na pag ganyan.
