Baby didn’t go poo poo for 2 days

My baby is having mix of breast milk and formula .Previously I gave her Lactogen .It was ok for few days . Later on she has difficulties in poo poo . She go once in 2 days . I just changed to Similac for few days . and the situation still the same . She’s being crying and clingy all the time Any advise ?

Aiyooo, formula changes memang boleh trigger constipation sebab setiap brand punya different composition, so tunggu lagi 1-2 minggu baru tengok if Similac settles her stomach, jangan tukar lagi dulu sebab the crying and clinginess might just be adjustment period. Tapi kalau after 3-4 hari still takda poo or dia kena perut, better check dengan doctor ya because sometimes babies perlu slight adjustment in feeding routine or maybe she needs a bit of boiled water in between feeds. Meantime, tapi gentle belly massage with warm hands and maybe lift her legs up-down macam cycling motion boleh help, and make sure latch is proper so she's not swallowing air. Ada few mums here found that mix too much formula formula boleh jadi isu, sometimes less formula, more breastmilk helps. Hang in there, it's tough when they're uncomfortable like this!
