Anemic pregnant

Hi mga momsh, sino po dito anemic na buntis. Ung dugo ko po is minsan 90/60 or 80/50 or 80/60.. ano ping mga foods tini.take nyo po #35week2day #pregnantoftwins

Ay alam ko yan, momsh, sobrang challenging talaga ang anemia habang buntis, lalo na kung twins! Sa amin, ang kaibigan ko nag-focus sa red meat, liver, at leafy greens like spinach at kale, plus she drank lots of orange juice with the iron-rich foods para better absorption. But honestly, with those BP readings mo, kailangan mo talaga makausap ang OB mo soon para ma-monitor closely, sometimes anemia sa pregnancy needs iron supplements na prescribed specifically, hindi lang foods lang. Ingat ingat ka ha, especially at 35 weeks with twins, your body's working double time na talaga. Hugs, momsh!

Aw congrats mama! MoMo twins are extra special, a few of us from our group chat had mono-mono pregnancies and ang saya-saya namin pero medyo nerve-wracking din kasi kailangan ng frequent monitoring.
