Hi! That's such a good deal, especially with the free Avent bottles included, I'd grab that if I needed one! Just make sure to ask the seller if they can test it with a Type-C cord before you buy kasi sometimes the connections can be finicky, at least you'll know it works talaga. A few of us sa mama group have bought secondhand pumps and it's really practical, especially if you're just starting out or need a backup. Good luck with your purchase!

Diet for 36weeks pregnant

Hi mga mommies, ano po magandang diet I’m on my 36weeks 4days pero si baby nsa 3.2kgs na sya. Meron din po ba na normal delivery kht malaki si baby? Thank you #FTM

Hey mama, congrats sa almost there na! At 36 weeks with baby already 3.2kg, focus ka na lang sa balanced meals, lots of protein, fresh veggies, at healthy carbs like brown rice or sweet potato, kasi importante na ma-maintain lang ang steady growth niya without going overboard. Yes, maraming successful normal deliveries ng bigger babies, pero talaga talaga best na i-discuss ito ng maigi with your OB so ma-assess nila ang pelvic size mo at overall labor readiness mo, kasi that's really where the big picture lies, hindi lang sa baby's weight. One of my mum friends had a 3.5kg baby and delivered normally, pero she had regular check-ups with her doctor throughout. Take care ng yourself, and don't stress too much na, your doctor will guide you on the best plan!
