Currently my baby is with a nanny for day care. It’s 1 to 1. It started about a month+ ago. The nanny seems to be taking good care of her. From what I’ve seen, the following is what the nanny does every day with my daughter: 8am Milk 10am Bath 12pm Porridge + sleep if wants to 2pm Purée 4pm Milk + sleep 5pm Snacks 6pm Clean/wipe the baby The nanny put the baby to sleep by patting her which I don’t do ? Carry her around the house or to the corridor to see the neighbourhood if she’s cranky. Im not sure if nanny lets her plays by herself much/ tummy time , instead she likes to carry her around ? I don’t carry her a lot if she’s home, I usually let her play with her toys, explore the surroundings. I’m ok with the carrying, as long as the nanny truly cares about my kid. How about your experience with your child’s nanny?
