Aw, don't worry, at 1 year old, your baby is definitely ready for formula, kaya okay lang yan! Since it's just 5 days, honestly you can introduce formula now na para ma-adjust sya gradually bago ka umalis, instead of sudden shock while you're away. Start mixing it with breast milk if you're worried, like maybe 3-4 oz formula with 2 oz of your milk for the first few days, then slowly increase the formula ratio so she gets used to the taste without fussing too much. Ang aking kaibigan did something similar kaya naman by the time her mom left, walang drama, the baby drank it without issues. You could also try sippy cup instead of bottle if she's already drinking from it, sometimes babies take formula better that way. But definitely talk to your pedia about the best mix and feeding schedule for those 5 days, just to be sure everything's spot on!
