Congrats sa baby mo! Honestly, prepare mo na ang maternity pads (malaki ang bili, trust me), comfortable loose clothing para sa recovery, at pain relief like Paracetamol, ask your OB din kung anong okay para sa iyo especially if breastfeeding. A few of us first-time moms didn't realize how much we'd need extra underwear, nipple cream para sa breastfeeding, at someone to help sa bahay kasi ang hirap mag-alaga ng sarili while taking care of newborn! Best to discuss the full recovery checklist with your OB na din so alam mo exactly ano need based sa delivery plan mo.
