OVERFASTING FBS RESULT

11 weeks pregnant and nagpatest ako ng FBS kanina with almost 12 hours fasting. 111 yung result. Mataas na ba sugar ko o need ko ipaulit kasi overfasting na ako nun? Any advice po?

Ay, 111 after 12 hours is actually borderline lang, hindi ko masyadong ma-alarm pero honestly you should retest kasi ang overfasting can sometimes affect results din, better to get accurate reading when you're exactly within the fasting window, usually 8-10 hours lang talaga ang ideal. I'd suggest ask your OB kung kailangan mo ulit or kung anong next steps, especially since you're pregnant, kasi they'll know best what's normal for your stage at might want to do the glucose tolerance test pa to be sure, a few of us took it during second trimester and it's worth doing para peace of mind lang.

Hi mga momsh, any tips pano mawala yung halak ni baby. Wala namang sipon or ubo. LO can breath properly din nman. may halak lang talaga.
