Hello po ask ko lang kung ok lang sa 3 months preggy mag dutch mill? Feeling ko kasi dito ako naglilihi. Di naman ako mahilig dito noon, ngayon lang na buntis ako hinahanap hanap ko sya. Salamat po sa sasagot.#advicepls #1stimemom #pleasehelp

Dutch Mill is generally safe during pregnancy, mama! Marami sa amin nag-enjoy ng dairy products when pregnant, pero make sure it's pasteurized (which Dutch Mill is) and in moderation lang since sobrang creamy siya. Best to check with your OB though para sure, especially kung may lactose sensitivity ka or if your doc has specific dietary notes for your pregnancy, pregnancy cravings are totally normal, so enjoy but balance it with nutritious foods din!

Pa help po about sa Maternity Notification

Pa help po. tanong ko lang po, nag notif na po ako sa SSS through website. Wala po ako sinend na ultrasound na documents at ID. San po ba magsesend non? parang wala kasi sakin pina fill up an non. Nag voluntary kasi ako. January po ako manganganak kaya abot pa naman sa semester of contigency. Kaya lang di ko alam kung san ba isesend yung proof of pregnancy. Di ko alam kung approve na ba or hindi pa. Ito po yung proof na nakapag notif na ako yung picture po na naka attached. #advicepls #pleasehelp

Hi mama! Okay so based sa experience ng kaibigan ko na nag-notify din through SSS website, usually they'll send you an email or SMS with instructions kung saan mag-submit ng documents, check your email inbox and spam folder talaga, sometimes napupunta doon, but if wala ka pa, better mag-follow up ka na directly sa SSS either through their hotline or sa nearest branch mo para sure if approved na or what documents exactly they need from you. Congrats sa January baby!
