hello mommies, ok lang po ba magswitch ng malunggay supplement? Kasi on baby's 1st month I tried morelac 3x a day, and now I want to try lacta flow kaso 8.00 lang daw sa mercury and 500mg na so kahit 1x a day na lang kasi mataas na ang content.
