High risk pregnancy

Currently 14week plus pregnant, just went to STORK @ KKH for appointment got the bad news for having kidney damage by existing diabetes which is i not aware now need to inject blood thinners injection … feeling very stress and headache of my baby safety also my kidneys can handle the stress by baby growth bigger

Oh my~ may everything goes smoothly for you and baby ♥️ may i know if theres any symptoms for damaged kidneys?
