Hi. Ask ko lang po , I'm already 35weeks , iikot pa po kaya si baby? Ayoko po kasi ma cs 🥺 help naman po kung ano din pwede gawin para di ako macs at mainormal ko sya.

Hi mama! 35 weeks pa, may time pa yan, a lot of babies turn on their own by week 36-37, so don't lose hope! What helped a few of us is doing hands-and-knees positions daily, pelvic tilts, and staying active (walk, walk, walk!), pero honestly mama, best thing is to talk to your OB about it, they can check kung ano talaga ang position ng baby and give you exercises na specific sa situation mo, kasi every baby is different. Praying for you na magiging normal delivery yan!

LOW BLOOD PRESSURE/HEMOGLOBIN

Hi. Ask ko lang , meron po ba ditong katulad ko na kada pa-check up o kada mag b-BP mababa ang BP o Hemoglobin?? Ano po ginawa nyo para po maging normal yung BP at Hemoglobin nyo po? Share naman po dyan. 😔 22 weeks pregnant here. 1st time mom.

Uy, I totally get your worry, low BP and hemoglobin during pregnancy is scary talaga, lalo na first time mom ka pa lang! A few of us mums have dealt with this, and honestly, this is something you really need to discuss with your OB kasi it can affect you and baby, pero the good news is manageable siya with the right guidance. My friend's BP dropped around her second trimester din, and her doctor adjusted her diet (more iron-rich foods, tumaas ang beef and spinach intake niya), told her to drink lots of water, and rest more, check din if kailangan mo ng supplements. The key talaga is regular check-ups with your doctor para ma-monitor, at wag mo silang-silangin ang symptoms like dizziness or feeling faint, okay? Kaya mo yan, mama!
